I try to. I’m pretty good about brushing her most days, but there are lots of days when I only ride her for short distances (from the house to the barn and back)

This caught me by surprise. I would have thought they would offer, I dunno, lumber or fodder prizes. Oh well, there’s always the dog race in the winter.

But in typical Harvest Moon fashion second place is the same as coming in last.

Epona places second in the race, which is a pretty impressive improvement over the last few races.
